This a list of assets of Benazir and her husband in June 1999, as known to the government of Pakistan. The total comes to $1.5 billion.
When she and her cronies claim that "nothing has been proved," they create the wrong impression. If you have clever lawyers, you can delay a case for eternity. (In one case alone Benazir's lawyers got 155 postponements! ) And if the courts do not allow postponements, there will be howls of bulldozing and denial of justice. So, judgments never come and nothing is proved.
