Friendships are so wonderful
Cherish them with joy
What would we do without our friends
I ask this not to be coy.
Their faces sometimes we never see
But we don't really care
When you truly need a friend
It seems they are always there.
Dropping by for coffee
Or sending a brief email
Anytime you need a friend
They are there without fail.
Be thankful that we have our friends
The good Lord knew our need
So let us show our special thanks
